Mammoth masonry wall insulation products are designed to support the thermal performance of masonry/concrete walls.
Made of 100% polyester, Mammoth® masonry wall insulation is 45mm thick to fit between masonry battens and are available in two forms: a R1.0 wall blanket and R1.3 wall sections.
Mammoth products contain recycled polyester fibres. Mammoth masonry wall insulation uses up to 7,800 recycled plastic bottles per 100sqm*.
For high performance self-supporting polyester wall sections, we have Mammoth Wall Sections or for walls requiring roll form insulation, there is the option of our Mammoth Wall Blanket.

Mammoth Masonry Wall Insulation must be installed according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and in accordance with NZS 4246 (Energy Efficiency - Installing Insulation in Residential Buildings). 50 Year Warranty
Mammoth Insulation has a 50 year warranty. Our product warranty covers that - so long as the insulation is installed correctly and remains adequately protected - Mammoth insulation will perform for 50 years. The warranty applies only to 100% polyester insulation products manufactured by InZone Industries Ltd and not to other composite products manufactured by InZone. Traditional carded polyester insulation layers the fibres whereas the more randomised nature of Airlay insulation means it has structural properties that support higher performance.
Mammoth Masonry Wall Sections are produced on Australasia's only Airlay insulation plant with properties that supports superior installation and construction R-values. The sections can be squeezed into place and are self-supporting giving a seamless creasefree install.
Mammoth Masonry Blanket is produced on our carded insulation plants and is a soft roll-form blanket that can be torn to length or cut with shears.
